How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, choose your product, add it to cart, then complete checkout with your shipping and payment details.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Orders can only be changed before processing begins. Once packed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Do I receive order confirmation?

Yes. Order details and updates are sent to the email used at checkout.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Australia Post Standard shipping is $14.95. Orders over $150 qualify for free Australia Post Express Delivery.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. PDA ships across Australia using Australia Post.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders are packed in plain, discreet packaging with privacy in mind.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is usually 2โ€“6 business days. Express delivery is usually 1โ€“3 business days, depending on your location and Australia Post network conditions.

Products

Are products for human use?

No. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human use, veterinary use, consumption, injection, treatment, diagnosis, or therapeutic application.

What does research-use only mean?

Research-use only means products are supplied only for lawful laboratory research workflows and must not be used for human or animal application.

What are starter kits?

Starter kits combine selected research products with common preparation supplies to make ordering simpler.

What are refill kits?

Refill kits help restock commonly used lab supplies such as bacteriostatic water, syringes, and swabs without purchasing another full starter kit.

How do I contact support?

Use the contact page and include your order number if your enquiry is about an existing order.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the parcel/items, and a short description of the issue.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of research products, refunds are not available once an order has shipped. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items are reviewed case by case.
