1. Research product return policy
Due to the nature of laboratory research products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been shipped.
This helps protect product integrity, storage conditions, and supply chain consistency.
2. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution depending on the issue.
3. Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, accidental orders, incorrect product selection, or failure to read product descriptions before purchase.
4. Order cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has been packed, processed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Shipping delays
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, incorrect addresses, weather events, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Incorrect shipping details
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Returned parcels
